[ ] Title, all authors and affiliations, correspondence email
[ ] Abstract (up to 250 words); 4–8 keywords
[ ] Defined symbols, assumptions, equations, limits and observables
[ ] Methods, uncertainty, model comparison and reproducibility details
[ ] Readable main manuscript (PDF, DOC, DOCX, ODT, RTF)
[ ] Overleaf: compiled PDF + exported source ZIP (if applicable)
[ ] Up to 5 files; 25 MB per file; 50 MB total
[ ] Ethics, consent, funding, conflicts, data/code and AI-use declarations
[ ] All coauthors approve; no identifying participant data
[ ] Read the current privacy and editorial terms
[ ] Save the final deposit reference and receipt
